AIKC hosted the inaugural session of a new public forum called Decoding AI in April. The discussion titled ‘What It Takes to Build a Foundation Model’, explored four pillars essential to developing large-scale AI systems—Capital, Compute, Code, and Creativity. 

The session enabled dialogue between researchers and industry leaders on strengthening India’s AI ecosystem. Our panelists included Navendu A. (Head of Krutrim), Saurabh Karn (co-founder SarvamAI), Dr Subodh Sharma (Associate Professor of Computer Science, IIT Delhi), and Pankaj Thakar (Founder, Pad-Up Ventures). It was convened at the India International Centre with about 100 guests.
